Dynamic Websites
What is the difference between a Static site and a Dynamic site? And why would you need Dynamic site, doesn't it cost more money?
A dynamic site is just that, dynamic. With this type of site you can make regular updates to the sites content, without having to get a web wizard to manual update the copy, image, or headline. A dynamic site relies on Database information and server side code to translate the code into HTML pages or web pages. Using a DB(database) an individual can store information that can usually be changed or updated, i.e. a restaurant site would make updates to a weekly, or daily special. With a user friendly interface these changes and updates can be made in minutes, instead of taking days.
If your origination needs to continually update products or merchandise, it may be in their best interest to go with a dynamic site as apposed to a regular static site. The initial fee is a little more but it gives you the owner more control over when to change or update products, without have to contact someone - hopefully me - to do the updates for you. But if you are not going to change product or information on your site, than you may what to go with a basic static site. We can talk more in depth about what style of site best suits your needs.
Here are a few Dynamic sites that we have made.
